I applied for a 75k loan for my new tow truck, explaining to them that it was going to be paid off in a couple of months when I got a loan with a lower rate from my bank. I asked specifically if there was any penalty for paying it off early, to which they assured me there was not. When I did get the new loan and called to pay off the loan to integrated, I was informed that it was going to cost me over 6k for the 2 months they had my loan, but that that was not a penalty. They had no problem keeping my 6k for the few hours of work they spent on my loan, and did not care that their employee had mislead me. I consider what they did to be legal theft. They have no integrity or character.
