THE ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Multiple locations all the same owner. Paid to have my dress hemmed, 10 days later it wasn't hemmed when I picked it up. Called them the following day they said they couldn't do anything over the phone. Went in the following day they said they couldn't do anything without the manager there. Went in a few days later when the manager was in, the manager agreed the job wasn't done but the tailor, Jose, said he did hem the dress and he "doesn't have to answer to anyone but the owner!" HE MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT. The manager asked to hold onto the dress so she could show to and speak with the owner about it, because she agreed he clearly did not hem it. 2 weeks later, never heard from owner. Asked for money back, given it was a month after I needed it hemmed anyways and they said I could come in and get it hemmed if I pin it myself otherwise they won't give my money back. MIND YOU ITS A MERE $28 WE'RE GOING THROUGH THIS NONSENSE FOR, god help the other person that had an issue over $80. I've been going to them for years because of they're convenient location, they do ok work at best. I live a walkable distance away from them and I would literally go 100 miles to go elsewhere if I had to. Look out for them on the local news, SHAME SHAME SHAME.
