Well, I just came across this review from Steve the poor disabled veteran on social security . It was Christmas Eve a few years ago and I was selling a box truck for 3500.00 that I no longer needed. A man called me and said he was handicapped and really needed it and had the cash and if we could meet that day he would be very great full . Being me, I said sure buddy, anything for vet. We met him at my warehouse and he immediately stated again that he was. Vet and served our country. Looked at the truck , said it was perfect but only one problem. He had not enough money. He only had 600. I was going to take 2500 cash anyways, it was Christmas and I believed at the time that I was doing a good deed. He was estatic when I said he could have it for 600. Everyone was smiling, his wife, my wife and even his supposed therapy dog. He called me about six months later and said we have a problem. That the breaks were leaking fluid and said that I should fix them. I simply told him that there was no way I could or would do that. Then he repeatedly called me for a week straight threatening me to fix them. I never returned his call. That right there is when I , myself learned that you should not believe everything you read on the internet. We do the best work hands down on the state of Michigan. I tell 100 percent of ALL of my customers that they do not need to put one penny down and that they do not have to pay a single penny unless they are 100 percent satisfied with everything PERIOD. We do hundreds and hundreds of jobs every year for the last 30 years plus and we take pride in every single job we do no matter how big or small the project . We have completed commercial buildings from the east to west coast and homes from the smallest bungalow to the biggest mansions. What he said in that review just really made me mad.

this man is a rip off artist

he sold me a box truck that by all means was a death trap and would not even pass a simple test.

i gave him a chance to make good but it has been more then 10 days he sold the van to me for $1,000 i told him of all the problems and even told him just to give me $700 back and i would take the loss.

he is another man who has taken advantage of a Vietnam vet i am on SSI and disabled and he cheated me

don't trust this man

The reviews are all right.i asked around and even called different companies,none new any one that did proffesional caulking.my mother told me about g.m. caulking.i called,they came out ,quoted me a price, and we scheduled the time.we could not be happier.we had old black tar in the joints,they removed it and put new sealant in the joints and along side our home.it actually made our driveway look 20 years newer.i would recommend this company to anyone.they do proffesional,beautiful work.they will be doing work on my rental property very soon,cannot wait

This was my first time actually listening to my wife,i seen g.m. caulking ad somewhere and called them to do the open joint between my driveway and home.when mike graff showed up himself,he sold me on the driveway joints also.the other reveiw was right,they were not the cheapest but i could not believe how much better it made our home look.absolutely no more water in our basement and no more weed pulling or shifting and heaving of slabs.he was actually a pleasure to do buisness with.we waited until spring,called the office and had him do our porch.beautiful job,i to would recomend this company to anyone.i wish they did siding

well,lets just say,i had no idea about there being proffesional caulkers...they were not the cheapest,but it looked beautiful when they were done...i actually referred them to my sister...i would use this company again
