I was recently in the market to have a privacy fence installed at my home. After meeting with and receiving estimates from several companies, I chose Action Fence and decided to move forward with allowing them to do the job. WOW, am I glad I did!!! Not only did the owner come out personally to discuss my ideas, he also reassured me that he would not request full payment or consider the job complete until I was absolutely satisfied. The design of my fence was perfect and the price was the best that I had been quoted. Needless to say, once the fence was installed, I was ready to pay for the installation immediately upon completion. I highly recommend anyone looking to have a fence installed, to contact Action Fence because the owner and staff truly go above and beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Way to go Action Fence!!!

We are thoroughly pleased with our new fence. The 3 man crew were very pleasant and completely diligent. They removed every scrap of the old fence, put up the new fence with two gates, and left a very clean yard. We highly recommend Action Fence Co!

Action Fence Company was excellent. They scheduled my job in an appropriate time frame, showed up and worked hard the entire time. The workers were polite and the whole process was very positive! I highly recommend them!

The job I needed was really small compared to building an entire fence, I need a gate built and an existing gate framed in. I could swing off this gate and almost did I was so excited. The quality of work is excellent!!! The men were very nice, went right to work and did not stop and there was not one tiny piece of wood left in my yard. The estimator was fantastic and very patient with "my way" of explaining what I needed, pricing is very competitive. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience. I strongly recommend Action Fence for any job big or small, you will not be disappointed!!!!

While the work was fast, they do not require for owner of property to be present; while they do the work pretty fast, owner of Action fence, has the moto of:, Did not undestand! While I requested for one of the gates to be trim at the bottom, they only trimmed one picket fence that go over the concrete, Owner responded: Do You expect to work for free!? Will not bother to fix their lack of common sense or screwed up; he was told the concrete was going to be removed and a new one was going to pour in. Sorry if I do not give more business to him, but after he double the price to finish a small section of fence. Followed his advice and find me someone else. Good for large jobs, do not bother if under 100 feet. They are good, but not to fix their mistakes, they will fix them but for a extra change, Maybe I need to improve my English. Maybe owner Upset because I did not give more business. Did not understand is his motto.

Some of the workers smoke, but they will throw the remainder in the road or put them out and put them in the garbage, not throw them in your yard. You can't find many people who do that! They are very good at their work and if there is a problem they will come out and fix it! I would recommend Action Fence Company to anyone needing a fence. They came all the way out to Covington to do a fence, and they are located in South Memphis on Raines! They are a great company.
