I took Alteration Junction two pair of jeans to be hemmed to a length of 30 1/2 inches, I had to wait two weeks before I could pick them up. It coast me over $32 with tax. When I got them home I tried them on and they were to long so I measured them, they were 32 inches not 30 1/2. I took them back to have them done to what I asked for and was told the seamstress just gave me some leeway and just take them home and wash them some more that they would shrink. I will never use Alteration Junction again!

They are open on Saturdays from 9 - 2. I love this place - I have taken so much to them for alterations and have always been very pleased. They are so nice and accommodating.

I was very pleased with this place. I am a Low's Bridal customer and had to have several alterations made to my dress. Low's recommended Alteration Junction and I'm glad they did. The staff were very nice and was glad to answer any questions I had. I lived 2 hours from Bartlett so I was very pleased when I was told I would only have to have one dress fitting. Two helpful ladies (the red and blonde) altered my dress and the turn around time was 2-3 weeks! Excellent! When I tried on my dress for the first time after alterations it fit like a glove. One fitting was all I needed. These ladies know their stuff! I highly recommend Alteration Junction and will be a future customer!
