I had a very bad experience at Dobbs Ford Wolfchase. I had put a 1000.00 deposit down on an order for a new 2014 Ford Focus ST and waited patiently with excitement for over 2 months for the new car to arrive only to have it ordered incorrectly by the salesman. I was so disappointed and upset to see the car upon delivery to have missing some of the options that I had ordered. I never got any apology from the salesman or the management for this incompetence. I will never shop at this Ford business and location ever again! Beware if you order any new car there!
