They will also take your complaint and bring it to the merchant's attention to respond back to You and hopefully You will get the Resolution that You so much desire!

Furthermore, besides Complaints, the Better Business Bureau also take Compliments about Merchants as well!

I have published both Positive and Negative Reviews on Merchants and The Better Business Bureau plays a Role in how I feel about them.
