AMAZING RELATOR!! Josh Hisaw recently helped us sale our home. We had already moved out and need to get it sold. We had it listed for over a year with 2 other companies without success, we saw no way out. Josh showed us his unique way of marketing a home that we did not know existed! He is extremely knowledgeable. We were so satisfied.

I had my home listed for over a year with 2 other agents. We had almost zero activity. I heard about Josh Hisaw from a co worker and called him up. less than a week we had an offer and sold our home. If you want to get your home sold without all the fuss call Josh and his team.

We had the BEST experience with the Josh Hisaw team. We chose them based on their level of advertising. Our house sold immediately. Josh was always available to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect. This is the 5th home purchase for us and I. We could not have had the results we did if we had tried to sell by owner or with another agent.

Let me start off by stating my family has bought and sold numerous houses over a decade because of my fathers job so we are no dummies to how real estate works. Me and my husband wanted to just get our first little home sold fast so we could start saving money to buy a bigger home since our family is getting bigger! My husband (who is also named Josh) told me how he had heard about this Hisaw guys adds on the radio how if he didnt sell it in 45 days he would pay your mortgage until it was sold or he himself would buy the property (haha yeah right we should have known better) TOTAL SCAM. We met with him in November at our home and he sat there at our kitchen table and fed us all the BS of course so we thought no problem this should be just like any selling of a home. He said numerous times how we could fire him NO PROLEM and any point through this one meeting. He said for our home he would expect two showings a week typically so we thought how wonderful maybe this will be a fast sell! the months pass by and we are in Feb now and we literally havent had but 1 a GRAND TOTAL of 1 showing!!!! How crazy so they called my husband and said they were going to start the 45 day plan now, remind you he never sent an email, paperwork or anything to sign for it to be turned over. Nor a single phone call from Hisaw himself about anything with our home. By the middle of March and no showings my husband called hisaw and his "team" COUNTLESS times leaving messages just wanting to know what was going on and literally never got a return phone call by anybody!!!! HOW CRAZY?! He calls himself a real estate agent but dosent contact people, blows my mind! Yes i do realize he has other homes hes listed on but there is zero excuse for not getting back to your clients when they call im not even saying he didnt call back in a day or two he literally never called! Heres where it gets awful when we signed the contract with him we let him know we could not by any means take under a certain number for the house or we would have to come out of pocket & loose money..well here we go last week we got all excited because we finally got a call with people who were very very interested in buying so us thinking that the house was at our lowest price we could take we were to the point where we just wanted to get rid of it so we showed it not knowing at all that he had dropped it 4,500 below our minimum number!!! We got a full price offer over email from hisaw himself after not returning phone calls for weeks and the full price asking was just that 4,500 dollars less than what we could possibly take!!! HE NEVER ONCE LET US KNOW HE DROPPED THE PRICE ON OUR HOME! We called numerous agents my parents past used and they all legally said he could not do so without your consent! His excuse after my husband tried to get in contact with him again with 5 calls and voicemails not returned were that supposedly it was in contract he could lower it by 5000, in no way in living hell can you sell someones home without letting them know the price your putting it at! NOT LEGAL! REMIND you all my husband never signed the contract for the 45 DAY PLAN they put him on it through a voicemail with no consent whatsoever so he had ZERO RIGHT to just do what he wanted! In the end PLEASE PLEASE reconsider before using this man! He is by far the worst real estate agent in the city of memphis!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!! I wish I didnt even have to put one star.

Josh came to my house and gave me his marketing plan. I was happy with the number and comfortable moving on to buy my next house based on his guarantee. I asked for a copy of the contract a week after he came by and I received no response form his entire team. a month later I caught his secretary and he said that my listing was no longer wanted. His plan is a bait and switch hoax. He obviously never intends on buying a house, his guarantee is worth less than the paper it's written on. He runs at the very first question regarding the plan. Very unprofessional. He advertises a lot and catches the masses with his plan. However, he is a disgrace to the industry. He made me lose out on another house because of his delays.

In response to the negative review of Josh Hisaw's responsiveness. This sounds like it must have been a short sales listing. Those houses can take 6 months or more to sell. When trying to buy a bank owned property, patience is required. Josh was my realtor 2 years ago & he was great to work with. Everyone I have referred to him have been beyond pleased with him and his team. He sold my friends house in 3 days for 2k over listed price. He is an expert in the Greater Memphis Area. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!!!

Jeff Goff is running a scam using Keller Williams as a front down in Southaven. Stay clear!! WARNING!!!!

I attempted to buy a house listed by Joshua Hisaw at Keller Williams. His responsiveness is absolutely horrible. He never answered any phone calls from my agent or returned a phone call. He occasionally respond via text or email several days or weeks after my agent contacted him. He obviously is not very interested in providing good customer service.
