I go into this store all the time & purchase items. For, the first time I needed to exchange some items. I had 3 pks of $3.99 hair. I had just purchased the hair a few days ago. It has not been a week. I wanted to purchase 4 pks of 10.99 hair. Now as a store manager myself. Common sense would say, ok. This person doesn't have a receipt, but she isn't trying to get her money back. She wants to give my business 33 more dollars after the exchange. Not only did the woman (whom I've never seen before) tell me no exchange but she walked away while I was talking. I would NEVER do that to a customer. They have lost my business & any referrals I would have sent as well.
