I have visited this place of business several times, each time the food was delicious and the service was great. I have taken everyone I know there and they all say it is a fantastic place to fellowship and get your belly full.

I have drove past this place thats just a few miles from my house. I went in tonight for the 1st time while my partner is out of town (they are not a fan of Chinese food), but I know I will be taking them there as this is not just Chinese food... This location brings a little for everyone and over all, it was all good. I will go back!

My mother-in-law to me to Chow Time a couple of weeks ago during the week. The foold was delicious. I truly didn't expect it to be as good as it was. I didn't want to try the Chinese food, but she asked me to try some of the Mongolian beef and OMG it was so delicious and flavorful. Before I knew it, I had eaten 3 plates of food. The southern food was delicous, especially the fried fish and shrimp. I went back the following Sunday after church and it was just as good as before. The waiter was very nice and professional and the environment is wonderful. It's an experience in itself.

Had the first opportunity to experience what my friends had been raving about -- Chow Time!! I was not disappointed. The value, volume, variety -- AND the taste was a pleasant experience for my purse and palate! I and about 40 of my family members celebrating our family reunion during the July 4th weekend, descended upon Chow Time on Sunday afternoon following our worship service. The food, beverages and professionalism all outlasted us. I have already taken my sister and her family, visiting Memphis from Hawaii. They too were impressed. I think the melding of Asian and Home Cooked/Soulfood cuisine makes you want to write home to "Mama!"

The food is abundant and fresh but the service was not great. The hostesses did not show friendly faces or professionalism. If they would add to the dessert menu this place would be so much better. They have a big variety in food but dessert lacked taste, choices, and culture. You would think that since soul food is on the menu that peach cobbler, banana pudding or chocolate cake would be also. Maybe I'll give them a call and suggest it! Oh ya, the decorations are FABULOUS.

I will never go back to chow time the food is terrible, they charged my 1 year old daughter $3.00 just for sitting at the table and she didn't eat nothing but a piece of bread. They posted a sign up stating that you only have 2 hours to eat or sit at the table. I hope they don't last long I never knew a restuarant that charge a 1 year old just to sit at the table.The service is terrible and I saw a cook by the chinese food eating from the buffet with his hands because something fell when he was putting the food out, I instantly walked away. If anyone does eat there say your grace for every plate.They need to be on the jack azz wall!!!

Chow Time is the best buffet that I have ever eaten at. There was a wide variety of food selections and the food tasted great. I think the idea of having a Chinese buffet on one side and a soul food buffet on the other side is great. I do not like Chinese food, but my husband does; therefore, you get the best of both worlds under one roof. I was surprised that the soul food tasted like down home southern cooking.
