PLEASE! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES TO THIS PLACE. I took in a very expensive pair of custom hand made exotic men Lucchese 2000 Caiman Crocodile horn back booths in to have sole glued. It was just a small separation on both booth. The worse I expected was to get the boot back with some glue on it. Never in my wildest did I think he would cut or grinded down the sole. He ruined the boot . The only fix for this is to resole, at the tune of $ 289.99. not to mention he dyed the stitching black it was brown when I took it in. what a disaster?
