This place is a complete joke and the staff is completely incompetent. They make the rules as they go along. They work harder at discouraging clients that encouraging them. The structure is in disrepair in the dorm areas. The roofs leak and black mold is every where accept where they have painted over it. This is at least a black hole for tax dollars and probably a money windfall for employees. They deserve 1 star for the food. Beyond that they should be fired and the clients returned to the penal system to complete a percentage of their time and released on probation after completing an in-house drug program..
