i.e., A lEl Toro Loco (Kirby location) WAS my favorite spot for all types of margaritas (a choice of flavors and a lot of strength). The waitresses after three are very pushy if your a woman, and all over you if you are a man, especially if you give off a wealthy aura; which makes me think that the waitresses are not only selling burritos *wink wink*. Evelyn, in particular, was the main waitress at the bar who I always ended up with. She was very flirtatious with the men and if a man took interest in me, she would slack on her service for me. With all that being said, the management tries to stay professional but does not always make the mark. Try it out! Just don't become a regular because they will stop treating you well, after a while.ocal favorite, or highly recommended because
