We were about to make a cash purchase of a Lexus LS460L that was very attractive and appeared well taken care of. The owner of the vehicle had been an avid Elite customer and we mutually agreed to drop off the vehicle with Elite Automotive to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. I agreed to pay for the inspection and communicated to the seller that I would communicate with Elite Automotive myself about the inspection. Several hours after the vehicle was dropped off I received a call from Elite. The company owner personally contacted me to advise me that the vehicle had significant sub-frame damage. This damage was only visible as the result of an extensive inspection not normally consider part of a pre-purchase inspection. We have nothing but gratitude to the staff of Elite for their integrity, and for placing their reputation above all else. We have since become devoted and satisfied customers. Elite Automotive has extremely well qualified technicians, that you can trust with your high end vehicle needs.

The Memphis roads can be rough on my car. The car dealership service can be rough on my wallet. Then I found Elite Service Automotive. They were clear in their service pricing and extremely competitive. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They were very patient (since I sometimes can be difficult) and provided great customer service. They repaired my car in the time frame they promised it would be done and it drives like a luxury car again. This is the best option I have found for servicing my Lexus and it's a plus that the mechanic is Lexus certified. I would definitely recommend anyone driving a Lexus give Elite Service Automotive an opportunity for their car service needs. I know I will be using them again and again. Thanks a bunch!!!...

I was not please with the service at all. I was charge a lot of money for my car to be fixed and nothing was done and when he saw that I was not please with his work he did not bother to try and work anything out with me but yet charge me some more money. I would not advise ANYONE to waste there time and money like I did!

I have waited a long time to find a auto service that would give me the same quality of a dealership repair shop I have finally found it. Murray is the owner and his lovely wife Lisa are the dynamic duo that make this business so special I have a Lexus and Murray just so happens to special in Toyotas and Lexus (my 2 favorite makers) and I know when he works on my car I will gets the best parts and service.

And thanks to LIsa the customer service is simply the best. Thanks guys. You are my repair shop for life.
