I recently had to replace my AC unit and was overwhelmed with the number of companies in my area. I had been working with another local company and the price they quoted me (even after having done other repair work and agreeing to deduct money already paid) was astronomical! I decided to call around. The first company I called was Ellendale. Within one hour of my initial call, the technician was at my house. We agreed upon a price (which was almost half that of the other guys!!!) and set up a time. The very next morning two technicians arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and the work was done by 11 AM. I am completely overwhelmed by the exceptional customer service and promptness of service!!!!
