We went to the one on Union last night, Tuesday around 6p. Never slipped an fell when we walked in because the floor was so slippery from grease (very poor mop job). No waittress or cook was around, waited about 10 minutes and than left. Had a hard time getting up from the booth because again the floor was too slippery. It smelled like burned grease and the tables were sticky. There was only 2 other peopl in the place and they got fed up and left too. We went to the back parking lot and saw the cook and waitress standing out back smoking. Didn't even acknowledged us. Don't know why this place got any Best of Memphis votes. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.
