On Sept 6th, the store clerk refused to adjust my purchase for gas and a cigar after I asked for a cigar. Told me I would have to pump the gas then come back in and purchase the cigar. She never finalized the sale and the pump was never turned on. After about 25 min of dealing with her, I was late for a cust. meeting. Ended up leaving with no gas, no cigar, nothing. At what point does the owner make the clerks responsible for their actions? Horrible service at this location. All of it was intentional.
