I am a biracial girl with both characteristics of black hair and white hair. I wanted my hair washed, blow dried, and flat ironed. Knowing this the clerk set me up with someone who didn't know how to flat iron hair. When my hair gets wet it gets very tight and curly. throughout the combing out process she left for breaks at least twice. When she started blowing my hair out she acted like she didn't know what she was doing. The worst part came when she flat ironed my hair. She was so scared that she was going to burn me that she barely touched my hair. My hair came out "poofy" and crazy looking. I sat there for a total of three hours and came out looking like a animal. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go back to another Fantastic Sams.
