School Improvement Plan (SIP) and School Web Site are outdated. Needs Update. There are no Professional Development classes for teachers in the areas of Planning, Teaching Strategies, Learning Environment and Professional Growth. There are also no committee meeting minutes in the Memphis City School Board meeting minutes, i.e., Audit Committee, etc., One can only wonder why the audit committee does not perform on going financial and operational audits in the intererst of the schools, students, teachers, parents and the community in general. The consolidated cafeteria food storage situation is an example of poor oversight, I am a retired Auditor and I have Audited the School Boards Meeting Minutes and the SIP and Web Site for Florida-Kansas and find them wanting.
