This business repaired my wife's purse and poorly secured the straps with screw in studs. One stud came out and they charged me to replace the stud that came out which apparently wasn't tight to begin with. She only had 2 months and it was not an everyday purse.

Fred Draper's Alteration is a very professional atmosphere. Garments are handle gently & has always been done to my satisfaction. I would definitly rate this service a 4 star, however; it's not that he doesn't deserve a 5. I just believe there is always room for improvement.
