The co-owner of this establishment in the heart of a predominantly black neighborhood had very derogatory remarks made on social media about the very same demographic that frequents her restaurant. I had one meal there and was impressed. But I will NEVER go back there. I hope the African American cooks leave this plantation and start their own company. I am embarrassed and outraged and the world should know who they are spending their money with.

Racist co-owner....beware. She posted racist remarks on fb then tried to back peddle saying her acct was hacked.

Racist comments made on FB by con- owner. You never know who's listening, so careful what you say on FB. Food may be good, with Black cooks on the back, but a lot of business could be lost for a slip if the tongue. Won't be going there.

Good service and reasonable prices.

Gary's Mrkt knows how to treat their customers with respect and degnity. They go out of there way to please the customers. Not a day goes by that you do not see the owners very friendly and there employees treat you with the same respect. To me, this is an old fashion type of grocery/gas store that you no longer see. This is not a convenience store, but a nice family atsomphere market. It does offer gas, hot and cold lunches, frest mean and vegetable's. All the employees I have dealth with over 15 years have all treated you with smiles and willing to help. What a great store. I want to send my congradulations to Mr. Gary and Ms. Norma (the owners) for running such an outstanding business..
