Awful service. This is my second time using them. My own contractor and 1st sales rep. D were excellent.
2nd sales rep did not measure windows correctly while with the contractor. This took an extra $1185 at last minute due to a lack of communication/ignorance.
Just make sure to triple check measurements between the sales rep and contractor or basically bleed out the cash.
The end product was a great set of windows due to the contractor making it a custom fit. However, the setback in my budget lead to this sour review.

Ordered windows and doors from this company our sales men came out and verified our measurements for our windows, we were pressing for time and needed windows ASAP they lied over & over. Once we received our order we had 5 windows that came back incorrect which put us behind another two weeks. I honestly wouldn’t suggest!

Terrible customer service. Took twice as long to come in as. Rated quoted. Rating of one star because zero was not an I option. NEVER AGAIN

I have been buying my trim fro Grandvies for about 5 years, and their service has been excellent.
