I brought in an expensive silk dress that had been worn once to be cleaned. When I brought it home and put it on it literally fell apart at the seams from being over processed with chemicals. I took it back to for compensation and they told me they would not even refund my money for the cost of cleaning it because...."You brought it in that way in the first place".
