I purchased a set of tires from Holt on 11-12-10 based on one customer review and past experience elsewhere. When I was getting into my vehicle to leave, I noticed the lever that controls the back of the driver's seat lying next to the seat on the floor. The owner came out, I explained it to him, and he asked the worker to come out. I explained it again and he said he was trying to fold the seat forward and it "just popped off". The first thought that went thru my mind was, "EXACTLY WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS?" The owner just stood there, and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. There was no offer to fix it or to make it good. NOTHING !!!! I'll get it fixed elsewhere, but I'll NEVER go back to Holt !!!! The ONLY reason I selected 1 star is.....you have to click at least ONE......otherwise....NO STARS !!!!

I have been buying tires and getting my cars aligned at Holt tire for 30 years. I have never had a problem of any kind. The two brothers that run the business are good honest people and they would rather loose money than charge somebody too much.
They also do all my brake work and can fix minor mechanical problems. The only negative thing I can say at all is that some of the mechanics are Funny Looking.
