Our relationship started off great. However, as I asked for repeat business to have my french horn valve levers nickel/silver plated, and another mouthpiece, his work got lazy and he began complaining that I was asking him to do delicate work that he didn't want to be responsible for. As my last experience, I do not recommend unless you're willing to let him dictate the business encounter.
