This is a great place to buy furniture but to order replacement parts is a different story. I had a set of Brown Jordan chairs that needed some fabric slings replaced. I found their number and called to inquire about the replacement part. They asked me what type of chair it was I told then Brown Jordan and the series type. They needed me to come in so I could pay almost 125 dollars for just one replacement and I needed two of them. They advised it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Well it finally came in and I took the piece home to try and replace myself. Which I'd like to add it's not easily done, had I known someone in town that could do this I would have called. Once I was trying to put it on I noticed they ordered the wrong size. It was to long and not wide enough. So I called them back and told them it was not the right size and they actually wanted me to pay again for another one. I told them there was no way I was doing that! So I had to wait another 2 weeks til the new one that was correct to come in. Needless to say it's not a place to try and go and get replacement parts from. I would try other resources before calling them EVER again.
