It looks okay from outside, but the doors were locked to the main door with a doorbell to ring for service. The customer service was nonexistent. I was treated as if I was unimportant and never spoken to. The front desk associate only addressed my fiancé with no interest in giving us two keys or me any. She just looked at him and asked if he would like two and upon entering the seeing our room I was ready to leave, but unfortunately we had had a very little sleep and traveled far. I didn't even want to stay to see this so called breakfast. Outside the "hotel" there was yelling and screaming which affected my sleep as well as the springs in my back and flat pillow. All in all it was the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel. There was also a horrible smell like mold and old smoke. I don't suggest anyone ever goes here. I just wished I checked out the hotel first before ever letting my fiancé book it or perhaps just left even though we were tired and couldn't possibly have drove the distance we needed to go.
