My kids and I love Krystal burgers and fries, but I hate going there! This particular store at Summer and Sandridge needs to hire a better night manager or honest employees. I have been over-charged for orders, short-changed on others, and ordered three large fries and got two med fries instead. I have to be very careful and make sure the total is correct, my change is correct and my order is correct. I don't believe these are 'honest mistakes' as it happens too frequently. The food is extremely expensive if you don't order off the 'value menu'. Honestly, I don't see how they stay in business cheating customers like that.

I have never experienced the slowest (fast food) service in my life. The first time I went I waited in the drive thru 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, never receiving the food because I drove off. This time I went in because I see the same little boy at the window and he was at the front counter also. As he is how my I help you 5 minutes after walked in. The service is just horrible. They will never get my business again.

They are fast and nice and get the orders right.
