THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!

First of all they tricked me into a lease! They knew that I had every intention to finance my vehicle! The car I got from them is trash it stalls and does not want to accelerate plus it jerks! I let the dealer know he laughed in my face as if he didn't care. The first day that they gave me the car the check engine light came on. The key they gave me only fits the ignition so now I can't even lock my doors! DO NOT BUY HERE! I wish I never got involved with these people. Plus the contract they put me in is unrealistic...I pay every 2 weeks for a car that I have to put more money in than what is worth...I am now seeking a lawyer to get all my money back and to shut them down!

This is Memphis Auto Sales and Consulting and I wish I would have never leased a car from them! They sold me a lemon! I've done more repairs on my vehicle than what it was worth. At one point my car needed to be towed for a total transmission replacement less than 4 months after I leased the vehicle. I was told the tow was free at the time of service LAST YEAR in Oct 2013. Now they are coming back over a year later in Dec 2014 telling me I owe them for that tow service and they wanted their money by the next business day. By the way I had already made my car payment in which they took that money without my knowledge to pay this tow fee, the tow fee I was unaware that I owed because I was told by their sales associate the tow was on them since I had already had so many issues with the vehicle! I filed a complaint with the BBB and called to let the general manager know that and that I would not pay this bogus charge from over a year ago. He told me he wasn't in the mood to discuss the issue and that if I didn't pay it I would NEVER see the title to that car even after the note was paid off unless I pay this tow fee. MEMPHIS AUTO SALES AND CONSULTING DOES BAD BUSINESS AND WILL SELL YOU A LEMON OF A VEHICLE! BUYERS BE WARE!
