Mendelson Law Firm is an unethical law firm who target individuals with jobs and good credit, and pin strange debt to their name with no proof. They will keep continuing your case every time you show up to court, and the first time you do not show up-as they know you have a job, the judge will hurry up like a thief under the cover of darkness, place a default judgment on your case. This is a scandal targeting middle-class citizens to make them pay bills acquired by non-working people. I thought the judicial system was fair and impartial. I believed the burden of proof was on the court to prove your guilt. Mendelson Law Firm and the Court in Memphis Tennessee need to be investigated for unethical business practices.

These baffoons aren't even licensed in the stateof Tennessee. They're in cahoots with another unlicensed billing company that bottom feeds for McNairy Hospital. I'm a paralegal in Tennessee.... They're about to get exposure they don't want.

These people are terrible and are not willing to allow a person to pay them after they threaten you. I have offered to send them money by the end of the week and that is not good enough. They want to sue and want to do it immediately. No negotiations, no warning at all. You get a 1st class letter (not certified) stating you need to pay the debt or dispute within 30 days and when you call them, they immediately tell you that you will be sued. They will not wait for a money order or check to be sent (and who is going to give a stranger their credit card number over the phone)!! They are a nightmare and use the most disrespectful tactics to collect this money. The worst part is that it is a medical bill from a heart attack I had last year. Absolute nightmare and completely evil people.
