Provided by YP.comI sent Al Harville a draft of what I thought I wanted my business card to look like. Rather than just taking what I sent [which from experience, he knew would not work], Al offered suggestions on how I could improve on the final product and still get all that I wanted. He did not take away my option to my original request. He gave me the opportunity to make a better choice. He explained the benefits of the options offered. Finally, he worked with me to get the proper typeset and paper. He is more than just a printer, he is a true marketer. He helps you to apply "customer appeal".
