They are money hungry and ONLY concerned with you paying them. If it is a small balance left over after the insurance company has been billed they hound you constantly about it. If I call in about a concern about my pregnancy they will ask for a payment. They will ask in front of other patients about your bill. I am currently unemployed and they are aware of this. On one visit, which was the glucola testing they left out a procedure, my blood being drawn, when I tried to call in for results that's when I found out for sure they had me drink that sugary drink for nothing. There was no blood testing scheduled afterwards like it should have been. Every person I came in contact with was asking me about money. Apparently there was an insurance issue, which wasn't my fault. Even the doctor asked me about it, the lady from billing told me the doctor doesn't address financial matters. I am disgusted with this doctor's office if you are wealthy I guess this would be the ideal facility for you.

I have been going to MidSouth OBGYN since I was 23. Dr. Greenwell delivered out baby girl 9 years ago and we had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Greenwell is a wonderful and caring physician and it is a joy to have such an excellant team of doctors. Each time you walk in the door the office staff make you feel special. I would recommend this group to anyone needing an OBGYN who is new to the Memphis area. They have a way of making each patient feel special and any questions etc. are answered promptly. Thanks for being the BEST in Memphis.......and keep up the great work. Congrats on the upcoming new office. Nancy Huddleston
