I paid for the most expensive exterior wash which they are supposed to wash down the car with foam brushes before it goes through the automated car wash. There were 2 people washing they washed my hood and my windshield. Nothing else. As if I wouldn't notice? Idk, I called back to complain and no answer. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back. Also, their brushes were laying on the concrete which causes scratches/swirl marks when applied to the car.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Despite the facelift, this place continues to offer poor customer service and a wash that is equivalent to a hose down in your driveway. In fact, on my last visit, the manager informed me (after I decided to point out the fact that my car was still dirty) that the reason my car was not clean was because I had "only purchased the cheap wash."

I asked you to pay attention to the bugs accumulated after a road trip. Granted I did not walk around the car afterward but how can you wipe down a car with bugs still on the bumper the grill and the mirrors and say you have done your job. I will never use you again. Money is too hard to come by to waste it like this. I tried to call - no joy.
