Compared to all the nails salons I've been to I must say this salon was the worst. It even saddens me to have to write a review because this is not my style. My pedicure consultant was rushing so fast she even forgot to put a base coat on my toes. I had to as her to do that, but of course, she looked at me as though I was incompetent and began to communicate with her friend in her native language. I did not receive a leg massage, hand wash or massage, and I left with my fingernails rough as a wool pad. I was not offered anything to drink which is what I read in their earlier reviews. I am deeply disappointed as this nail salon was recommended by the reviewers and it was my FIRST time. I take pride in getting my nails and feet done, it is the only time I get to relax and have someone else take care of me in that manner. All I wanted was to have good service which is their responsibility.
