My mother-in-law is the patient. New Beginning O&P scheduled visit with a 4hour window (0900-1300) the employer 30mins later, and didn't call. The employee was to be a fit for the prosthesis, he didn't a the leg with him. Wasting trip, billed the insurance for the visit. The business is unprofessional with the service. According, the employee the State closed the business today, they (business) call him at last minute to go to my house.
