Took my tablet to them 2 time charger port needed repair first time it lasted 2 weeks took it back to them they said somebody step on the tablet that what mess up the charger port that's a lie got it back on the 2 of this month the thing that u put the charger in have slip back down in the tablet again each time I took it back I was charged .
