AVIOD!!!! My friend and I were on the way to Memphis in a storm. Hailing and Tornado warnings. So we pulled over at Shell ext, 25. got out of car to go in . The guy looked thedoor on us said theres no safe place here. I told him if he thinks it so safe out here to come out here with us. He just turned away. 4/26/11. I dont think he needs to be in the USA. Thats not how we treat each other!!

I usually visit the BYB in Bartlett, near Stage and have always been very satisfied with the food and the service. However, nine days ago I visited this location at I-40 and Whitton because of time. The man who took my order, Ricky, had me repeat my order three times, then after I paid, 15 minutes later he realized that he had still gotten the two sandwich order wrong. I was, by now, pressed for time and had to leave without my food. Ricky informed me that he could no refund my money even though he could not provide the service that it paid for. I emailed the corporate office later that evening and have yet to hear from anyone, now nine days later. I am now forced to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Avoid this location.

My name is Nancy Brown. I live in Bartlett Tn. 38134. I am 54 yrs old, and I have not once been to this hamburger place, without the employees being courteous and respectful, time after time. This goes a long way to show good service. When employees constantly tell you they appreciate your business, and thank you for coming, you will return to the place. I even showed distress at never having a coupon, yes they were out, to help with my weekly purchases of the potato skins. They are pricy at $4.00. The manager or assistant manager, her name was Pam, told me she remembers me coming in frequently for this item, and she on her own would honor me with a coupon when I came in for this product. This was not only surprising, that I was remembered, but very exciting to be offered a discount on my favorite get everytime side dish. This store had a # 7 on the side, and I decided I wanted to show a courtsey as well, for an establishment doing a well job, and encouraging repeat business as well.
