Waiting for my lease to be up. Don't feel safe here and the maintenance department is horrendous.

This is my second year being here. The 1st year was ok. This year here has been horrible. I've had several major maintenance that seems to get over looked. 1st I had kitchen flooded. All the pipes in the unit are connected. Someone had been pouring grease down the drain. I had to cancel a cruise I had planned for that week cause they had different workers in & out of my place. Next I had my hallway flooded. The folks upstairs moved & didn't turn off the water from their washer. It took 5 days just for someone to go turn off the water. Then I had no air for a lil over a week, in Memphis heat. Now I have another leak from upstairs. I've had 2 ppl come look at it but no one has fixed it & now the ceiling has fell in. It's been like that for a week now, & all the apts said was "we're sorry for your inconvenience, we're just backed up". Of course they never offer to take something off my rent for my inconveniences.

WORST APARTMENTS YOU CAN LIVE IN! THEY WILL PUT A NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR THE NEXT DAY IF U FIFTY CENT SHORT ON RENT OR WATER BILL BUT WANT TELL YOU NOTHING BAD THAT IN THE APARTMENT UNTIL HIT MEDIA! WE THEN HAD KILLINGS RAPES ETC. BUT THEY WANT TO SWEAT AND THERE MAINTANCE DEPARTMENT SUCKS! I CAN'T WAIT TIL MY LEASE UP!
