Just dont deal with this company at all. Even if its your last choice.If you do you will regret it. They will take you to court for any and everything. Sunshine corporation is the mob.

Do not rent any apartment if this company is connected in any way. I called to ask a question and the lady was already upset before I could my question out. Rude and not willing to listen or help you in anyway.

I wouldn't advise anybody to rent with them. They took my money for an application that they didn't even run. ALL the appliances are old and out of date. The people in the office give false information. The Manager Laura & Leslie, the asst. manager are not very polite. They misinformed me of information about the apartments. Then the property manager was very rude. I don't know if its because all the people there have passed their prime, or just really old, but this Apartment complex is not worthy of any tenants. I am referring to woodchase apts. They are terrible. The only thing good that you are getting from the apartments is the area. Save yourself and a year of being unhappy and go to a different coporation. They only respect you up until you sign on the dotted line. Afterwards they don't really care. So be careful. Please. They don't have your best interest at heart. I wish I didn't have to give them any star at all, but 1 is the lowest rating I can give them although they deserve more worse then that.

They shouldnt even have one star should have none. They are very rude! Charges me 2,020 for my deposit the lady in the office lied about my rent long story short stayyyy away from them!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. They just want your money. These people should be shut down.

rude company wants to go by the law or contract that they have created but still will cheat you

Threatened to evict me just because of a dish even though it was installed professionaly

THIS COMPANY APPROVED ME FOR AN APARTMENT THEN TURNED ME DOWN ONE WEEK LATER .

I AM A WOMAN OF MY WORD AND IT IS LAW THAT THIS CANNOT BE DONE AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. PLUS THE STOLE MY MONEY AND WOULDN'T GIVE IT BACK AND TOLD MED IT'S POLICY.
