Totally ruined my long hair. I asked for a protective style. Spring twist. They gave me box braids saying my hair was too long. After two days braids were falling out with MY hair still attached.. Got it done on a Thursday $230 taken down Monday and charged 130 for what I wanted in the first place. She had to call her son's gf. Who did a much better job the they did. And also a minor. But she from the M so. Told me she did me a favor for taking it down free. I lost more hair than I ever have in life and I'm 45. If you care about your hair or if you have real hair. Stay the heck away from this place. They know nothing about hair
