The Universal Cheerleaders Association was founded in 1974 to provide educational training solutions for college and high school cheerleaders through summer camps and clinics on college campuses in the state of Tennessee. The association is sponsored by Propel, Nike and Varsity, which is comprised of the leading organizations and brands in various cheerleading segments, including its educational camps and clinics. In addition, Varsity is the authoritative resource for cheerleaders and cheerleading camps, competitions and uniforms. The sponsor also provides resources on being a cheerleader, cheerleading stunts, cheer coaching, safety, and jumps and motions. In addition, Varsity operates a library.
