We have had numerous problems with our mail since the Jonesboro, AR distribution center closed and our mail is routed to the Memphis facility. Just this last week, I have received a package two weeks late, only to find the package was opened and the item was missing, a Netflix disc never arrived, and I received a postcard for an event that was scheduled a month ago. Usually no problems until items arrive in Memphis, when I track them. We have had problems with our mail with this facility in the last couple of years, but the problems seem to be becoming worse.

Customer Service is very helpful when I had a question or a problem. But whenever I have my mailed held and state that I wish them to deliver the mail upon my arrival date when someone would be there it seems that is never done.
I have to call them to see if my mail is there it is..they never seem to deliver it when stated.
So why they option?

What is this about? I get priority shipping 2 day and it should've been here on 3/18, but now it's 4/7 and it still says this???? Where is my stuff????

I have a package that's been at this facility since February 8th and have been trying to get someone to find out why.this is b.s. because this is something that cost money they would want they're stuff

Why can't i get my package delivered to my door how much time woud it take for the mail person to get my package to me i am in a wheelchairs and have no way to get to the post office. Have to go thru this everytime i am expecting a package.

My package had not been delivered so I contacted them for info.I called twice the second time Vanessa looked up by T# & was not able to locate it so she took my number & said she would call me back. I called third time just to check & Jessica looked for the package & told me she was not able to locate it but notified me that if I didnt recieve it I was able to file an insurance claim. Vanessa called me back shortly after that & told me it was with the carrier & would be delivered. Vanessa & Jessica were very polite & helpful. Great job, thanks ladies!!

I ordered stamps online, tracking notice said they were delivered 3/1 (I live in a retirement community and have a private locked mail box) The mailman said he remembered the envelope and had put it in the box. Apparently he put it in the wrong box. No one I contacted could help me, didn't know how I could file a claim. I want the amount I paid $10.25) or another order shipped to me. This is not the first time this has happened at Kirby Pines Retirement Community.

I rarely visit a post because it is usually such a hassle but Thursday I had a small package to send overseas to Iraq and had to go in to an office to do so. The Winchester location is close to my office so I went there, not knowing what to expect after previous experiences of long waits and untrained employees. There were several others waiting in line when I got to the post office and I expected a long wait. I was very pleasantly surprised. The employees handled each customer fast and efficiently. The employees were nice and courteous. I knew that I could not close my package until it was inspected by post office personnel. I didn't know what to expect after that. The lady that helped me was very knowledgable of what needed to be done and the transaction took only minutes. To say the least, I was very pleasantly surprised. The workers there should be commended on their efficiency and courtesy. I will definitely use this location in the future.
