I have never taken the time to write a review of anything or one. I have never had the misfortune of running into a medical practice, devoted to making of money. Dr Skinner is the half owner of this business, setting the business practices. Don't be taken in by the use of a biblical quote, and unless you plan to schedule your minor bruises and cuts that need stitches or you will be referred to the ER as they do not take walk ins. We have been customers for 4 yrs and know the office mgr, who attends the same church and has taught my child in bible classes last yr,. There are no exceptions. Wk before last my 97 yr old grandmother fell and bumped her head resulting in a raspberry, and small scrapes on her arms. She had blood on her head and dress as I did on my shirt when we arrived, we were refused treatment, referred to the ER and the medical staff were never told we were there. According to the office mgr, Mr. Jeff Geraci, there were no appointments and it was in my grandmother's best interests. After telling him that I never thought I would see the day that a drs office would put business practice, before medical practice, he was no Christian and I would never set foot in that place again, I went out, put my grandmother back into the car. I went back into the office to fill out their required business forms to get our medical records, when Mr. Geraci accosted me, threatening to continue this argument at church, A few days later, I called him and apologized for losing my temper and he accepted. I have rec'd our med records along with a ltr from Mr. Geraci , informing me of the type of drs. my family needs, although these are not the same types of drs at this office, and since I had informed them of my intention to leave, they agreed as there was no mutual respect or agreement on the treatment of my family, effective immediately they would no longer see us. What treatment? See us! Are you kidding me?
