Dr. Venusa Phomakay joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2022 after completing her Allergy/Immunology Fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR, and the University of Arkansas for Medical Services, College of Medicine in Little Rock, AR. After medical school, she also completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Phomakay is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. In addition, she is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. A native of Alma, AR, she is excited to now call Memphis home. She enjoys Jackie Chan movies, hiking, and outdoor activities, and spending time with her family in her free time.
