This lady by the name of Kathy.She's uses duty nasty combs.When she bass you get bass where your neck is.Her products she uses are no good.She's does not have a Beauty Shop Licences hanging up on the wall.She can't style hair either.But she charges $40 for a retouch and $35 for a wash.
