Provided by YP.comGreat service. Friendly sales staff. They were easy to work with when buying a new car. Would recommend them to friends

Provided by YP.comPurchased a lemon which is not the fault of the dealership it is the fault of the manufacture however the dealership does have the option of doing the right thing and helping their consumer out of an unsafe and unreliable vehicle and into one that they can count on. Wolfchase has chosen to wash their hands of me after the sale and tell me "this is my problem"
1/19/2013 – Purchased new
4/11/2013 – Broke down required a tow truck to get to the dealership
4/17/2013 – Picked up after Service (electrical issue)
6/14/2013 – Gages acting erratically, stalling while idling
6/17/2013 – Picked up after Service (electrical issue)
10/1/2013 – Interior and Exterior lights dimming and brightening and AC fan blowing strong then weak
10/3/2013 – Told ready for pick up, when I arrived after returning my rental and being dropped off it was still doing the same and they had to keep it
10/7/2013 – Picked up after service (electrical issue)
03/6/2014 – Navigation screen went black all audio stopped
3/20/2014 – Picked up after service (electrical issue)
7/10/2014 - Back in the shop yet again because the Navigation screen went black again
Throughout this entire ordeal I have repeatedly asked Wolfchase if they would allow me to trade this defective journey, asking that they give me what I owe for it so as I would not have to come out of pocket any additional cash. The first time I asked was in June only 6 months after the purchase. I've asked three times total if there is anything they are willing to do to work with me in getting out of this unsafe and unreliable car. Each time they said sure you can trade it in but we will only give you roughly $7,000 less than what I owe. Wolfchase has been absolutely no help they haven't even feigned sympathy.

Provided by YPmobileThis review is based on my 2011 dodge Durango. I bought the vehicle from them June 2011. We remotely began developing problems with the ignition working irregularly, the back latch buzzing every time we start the vehicle, and the the vehicle lurching while driving. We were told on first visit there were no problems with the vehicle and there was nothing they could do. We insisted and told sorry. Upon the second visit the car finally came to a dead stop and we were told, no problem, it's a transmission problem, it will be covered under warranty. After nearly a week with a rental car, we get a phonecall stating, nope that parts not covered under warranty( supposedly cooler/condensor that cools transmission). Also no resolution or explanation on the ignition. I'm now about to spend 600 dollars on the combo, I'm out a week on a rental car, and still have no resolution on the ignition. This of course after I was told it would be covered under warranty. I have to pay at this point to have a working vehicle, that I'm still making payments on, all my problems are not solved and I'm not happy. I do not recommend this dealer , I have lost confidence in the dealer and dodge
