James Ray Cox was bank administrator, he used repossession laws to repossess property when the amount owed was significantly less than the asset value using all manner of tricks. He acts against little people, non landowners. He took trucks, and other valuable assets by messing with pay checks.



He stole land property in an international bank fraud after taking in near 100,000 he secretly hid the property in a land deed trust trick, then when time expired they took the land.



He once stated " We do not lend money to people who need it " at the time I did not understand what he ment. It was before I discovered he cost me a very valuable engineering design, manufacturing company 20 years in development. Pretending to be my friend he got information about my activities, then by hook and using others destroyed whatever I was developing. It took me longer than Texas Statute of limitation to find out. He admitted it, sad there was nothing I could do about it, scoffing.
