We have a long haired Calicow who will not let any touch her, if you are not just petting her. Her mats were out of control and she can’t even be groomed. We have to tranquilizer her. Emily did an absolutely fantastic job. She gave her a lion cut and got every single mat out, updated her vaccinations and applied the Revolution we brought. I highly recommend this Veternarian and the Grooming service! So very satisfied!!

My family and I will only use this clinic. They provide terrific care for our five dogs, three cats, and horses.

This is the only animal hospital that I will ever use! I had been taking my two dogs to another clinic in the area but had never been to this one. I decided to try them because of all the animal welfare charity work that they do. One of my dogs had a serious ear infection and the other needed his teeth cleaned and had an abscess. I had taken them to another vet in the area just a week before to get their shots and checked out since one was scratching and his ear hurt! The other vet clinic staff (I never saw the vet) told me that both of them were fine! At Pleasant Hills, they were both examined and the doctor showed me what was going on with each of them so there was no doubt. I'm so thankful that I took my babies there!

I love the vets and staff at Pleasant Hills Animal Clinic! They are always there for my animals when needed.

The veterinarians are excellent and I love the care that my three dogs receive! I have been using them for years and am in there at least once a month to have my dogs bathed and groomed.

We scheduled both our girl dogs to be fixed. We asked if we needed to wait because our largest was in heat. They said no it would just cost more. After dropping off the dogs, I get a phone call about not telling them one was in heat. I informed them that we did. I was told fixing them in heat was very dangerous, So, of course, I said then don't do it. I love my babies. I go to pick up the dogs. The smallest was now fixed. I am informed that they decided to cut all the hair off the face of my shih zu and her paws. They acted like I was abusing my dogs and that was the final straw. These are the rudest people that I have ever met. My animals are my family!! My shih zu looks like a first grader cut her hair, and my permission for touching her hair was never given. When this was Town and Country, our animals received quality care. Now I will not be returning.
