I had a bad experience with this place. I rented a DVD and it would skip right to the begining half way through and would not get past that part. I looked and the back of the DVD cleaned it with a soft cloth and brought it back to the store. The lady at the desk pulls it out of the case and says oh yeah there are a few finger prints didn't you look for that. I cleaned the DVD and all there were no finger prints. So I rented a DVD that I could not even watch and they did nothing about it. I paid for a movie that we couldn't watch. No too pleased with the aspect of that.
