Yesterday, Boucher completed a 3 day install of central air and ductless split systems in our twice expanded cape. Running the the various ducts for the central system was a challenge and I'm very pleased with the result. They took the time to modify closets, shelves and wall spaces in ways that hide the duct work and at the same time preserved the maximum amount of storage space possible. This greatly exceeded my expectations as I had presumed I was going to have to wall-in or rework these spaces myself after the install. The workman were very professional and heads-down workers who arrived at time each morning and cleaned up all spaces at the end of each day. All equipment was fully tested before they left. We're very happy with the result.

Stay away. High tech show, but no go. And they don't back their own services group.



Why would you install a Guardian Air cell on the return air duct before the hydroair coils? Because you are clueless.



Why would you step down the return air duct going into the Air Handler to a 10" duct on a 4500 square foot house? Because you are too lazy to get the right part.



I have 8 other major installation errors from this outfit and the pictures to document.



I once contacted them to complain and look for recourse and the owner, the guy with his name on the company, said he doesn't take care of services.



That was the end of my dealings with these guys, despite the gross errors on this $50,000 HVAC system.



I tried to give them a zero star rating, but yp requires at least one star. Too bad.
